Previously, industrial property fees and charges were made in two forms: direct payment at the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) offices or directly at the bank into the NOIP’s accounts, which were opened at the State Treasury. Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the NOIP issued Notice No. 7568/TB-SHTT dated July 30th, 2021, to notify that the payment of Industrial property fees and charges now can be made through Commercial banks.
Accordingly, applicants can pay fees and charges directly at banks or transfer money on Internet Banking to the following accounts:
- Name of recipient: Office of the National Office of Intellectual Property;
- Recipient account number: 3511 0 1054889 00000;
- At: Vietinbank – Thanh Xuan Branch, Hanoi;
- Content of money transfer (write correctly and completely the following contents): By forwarding Thanh Xuan State Treasury + Content of payment + Application number of Industrial property/Online application number.
