Apolat Legal has successfully advised and represented a foreign franchisor in the field of real estate business, namely Chestertons Global Franchise Holdings Limited, in the franchise registration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The highlight of this deal is that the Client has a historic and prominent real estate brand in franchising, founded in 1805 in English and now has been nearly 200 years, presenting in more than 11 countries and having at least 56 franchises around the world. With in-depth practical experience, Apolat Legal instructed and supported the Client in drafting a franchise registration dossier in line with the requirements of Vietnamese law. At the same time, Apolat Legal also represented the Client in making explanations to the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the course of the franchise registration.
