The delay in handing over apartments to purchasers at the Kenton Note project in particular and many other apartment projects has recently caused frustration for many people. In 2020, Apolat Legal consulted for individuals buying apartments of Tai Nguyen Company at Kenton Note Project in order to represent negotiating with the project owner to request money back, participating in litigation as a lawyer and authorized representative of the client to request the Court to terminate the apartment sale and purchasing agreement signed by the client with Tai Nguyen Company. Apolat Legal has succeeded in recovering the client’s full amount of money paid for the apartment and the fine as specified in the agreement.
Ms. Pham Thi Thoa – Senior Partner of Apolat Legal, played a consultative role in this case with the support of Associate – Ms. Thieu Thi Kieu Thu.
