Mr. Hilary graduated from the Bachelor of Civil Law program (quality training program), University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Hilary joined Apolat Legal as an intern in March 2023 and officially became a paralegal at Apolat Legal in July 2023.
