Since joining Apolat Legal in 2021, Thanh has developed solid experience in structuring transactions, conducting legal due diligence, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through Vietnam’s regulatory framework. He has been involved in a wide range of notable matters across manufacturing, logistics, and technology sectors.

Thanh holds a Bachelor of Business Law from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, and has completed the Advanced Training Course on Intellectual Property Laws at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He is a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation.
