Therefore, enterprises operating nationwide in general and enterprises operating in Ho Chi Minh City in particular need to pay attention to some contents if falling into the above-mentioned regulated areas as follows:
- Review and sign the appendix to adjust the office lease contract, update the registered office address, the addresses of members/owners, and the legal representative information on the Business Registration Certificate;
- Update the registered office address on electronic invoices and related information with the tax authority (if applicable);
- Update the project implementation location information and the legal representative’s address (if applicable) on the Investment Registration Certificate;
- Adjust the Business License and Retail Establishment License for foreign-invested companies;
- Verify the office lease address before establishing a new company, business location, branch, and representative office.
The above are some contents that businesses need to pay attention to when state agencies reorganize administrative units, specifically in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, other provinces and cities are also undergoing changes in administrative units, so businesses should contact local state agencies to carry out appropriate update procedures.
