UEL Moot Court Competition 2017 (“The Competition”) is jointly organized by the Legal Research and Advisory Club (LRAC) and the Faculty of Law’s Youth Union at the University of Economics and Law, HCMC National University.
The Competition is for students interested in law and legal matters, with its main focus on The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and international private law.
The Competition has 02 main parts separated into 03 rounds: Memorandum Writing (First Round, 15/10 – 30/11/2017) and the Oral Hearings (Semi-final and Final Round, 10/12/2017). The 04 teams with the best Memoranda written will participate in the Oral Hearings.
