The highlight of this Wind Power Project is the logistics cycle that begins with the import of wind turbine blades and overweight equipment from abroad into the ports of Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City and carries out unloading, storing and transporting to the project site in Soc Trang. Therefore, the contracts must be highly interconnected and connect to each other to run and coordinate the logistics cycle effectively.
