Apolat Legal has advised and assisted in reviewing and negotiating the Franchise Agreement for Client who is Franchisee to a Franchise deal in which the Franchisor is a multinational company with more than 200 years of experience in the field of real estate management in the UK.
During reviewing and negotiating the Franchise Agreement with the Franchisor, Apolat Legal has been the principal legal advisor for the Client to ensure the Client’s rights and interests in this Franchise deal.
The highlight of this deal is that the Client has various other businesses before joining this franchise deal. Therefore, Apolat Legal advised the Client on appropriate plans and holding structure before entering this Franchise deal. At the same time, Apolat Legal reviewed and negotiated with the Franchisor to adjust the Franchise Agreement to avoid any conflicts of interest with other businesses of the Client.
