In April, The General Department of Customs has conducted the survey on the Index based on the World Bank (WB)’s methods for the purpose of grasping advantages, disadvantages, troubles in each stage, each procedure of each the agency, unit in the whole process of implementing the procedures for goods import and export. On that basis, The General Department of Customs shall make recommendations and solutions to the Government and concerned ministries, agencies to improve working and administrative procedures and to support agencies, units with the best way.
For the purpose to respond that Apolat Legal has made some contributions and actions to support the General Department of Customs in collecting suggestions from Apolat Legal’s clients for the purpose to contribute to improving the index of cross-border trade transactions and import and export procedures.
