The year 2023 has been marked by numerous changes and challenges in both the economic and political landscapes of Vietnam and the world. In challenging circumstances, Apolat Legal remains firmly committed to becoming the leading law firm in Vietnam. Through the dedicated efforts of Apolat Legal’s team of Lawyers and Staff, we have effectively assisted our Clients in navigating complex and high-value projects and business transactions in Vietnam. In 2023, we have achieved some outstanding achievements as follows:
- Apolat Legal was honored by AsiaLaw as an outstanding Law Firm in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in Vietnam two times in a row;
- Lawyer Pham Hong Manh (Marcus), Managing Lawyer of Apolat Legal, was honored by the Asian Legal Business Journal in the “Asia Rising Star Vietnam 2023” list, recognizing Lawyers under 40 years old in Vietnam with outstanding professional qualifications and expertise.
2024, is expected to continue to be a year full of challenges and uncertainties for the economy and politics globally, Apolat Legal has established a goal and strategy for moderate-sized growth, with an emphasis on achieving sustainable development in the coming years. Simultaneously, we are determined to consolidate and refine Apolat Legal’s resources, services, and competitive advantages. These are the focuses as follows:
- Personel: Recognizing that Human Resources constitute the primary asset of a law firm, our objective is to concentrate on enhancing the quality of our human resources through professional training and skill development for both Legal and Operational Teams. Additionally, we uphold the recruitment of Lawyers with expertise and experience in Apolat Legal’s core service areas. We firmly believe that our staff at Apolat Legal will continue to deliver increasingly high-quality, specialized, and effective services to our Clients.
- Technology: Continuously researching and investing in the application of technology to our work, we aim to enhance the efficiency and quality of services delivered to our Clients.
- International Partners: We will enhance and broaden our International Partner network to better address the overseas business investment needs of our Clients. Additionally, through collaboration and referrals from our partners, we will proactively engage with international customers interested in investing and conducting business in Vietnam.
- Support Resources: We persist in maintaining and expanding close, positive, and effective relationships with local and central government agencies, partners, and experts, which provide support services related to the services provided by Apolat Legal to consolidate work in specific fields of expertise.
