The Trade Union Law 2012 provides regulations on the rights of workers to establish, join, and participate in trade union activities; the functions, rights, and responsibilities of trade unions; the rights and responsibilities of trade union members; the responsibilities of the State, state agencies, organizations, units, and enterprises employing labor in relation to trade unions; ensuring the operation of trade unions; and the resolution of disputes and handling of legal violations concerning trade unions.
