The Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents 2020 was passed by the 14th National Assembly at its 9th session on June 18, 2020. This Law takes effect from January 1, 2021.
This Law partially invalidates the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents 2015.
