Law on Competition 2018, No. 23/2018/QH14 was approved by the National Assembly on June 12, 2018, and officially took effect from July 1, 2019. This Law regulates acts of restricting competition and economic concentration that cause or are likely to cause anti-competitive effects on the Vietnamese market; unfair competitive behavior; competition litigation; handling violations of competition laws; State management of competition.
