On June 17, 2020, the National Assembly adopted the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Construction Law, No. 62/2020/QH14 (effective on January 1, 2021).
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of Construction Law No. 50/2014/QH13 has been amended and supplemented with a number of articles according to Law No. 03/2016/QH14, Law No. 35/2018/QH14 and Law No. 40/ 2019/QH14.
