The Labor Code of 2019, designated as No. 45/2019/QH14, was passed by the National Assembly on November 20th, 2019, encompassing notable content such as documented types of labor contracts, the right to terminate labor contracts, and the retirement age of workers.
This Code serves to regulate labor relations between employers and employees, as well as social relations directly associated with labor relations that emerge during the process of employing labor. The Labor Code of 2019 comprises the following sections:

– Terms of enforcement.
