The Law on Investment comprises legal norms that regulate social relations arising in the process of organizing and implementing business investments. The XIVth National Assembly approved the Investment Law 2020 on June 17, 2020, officially replacing the 2014 Investment Law. The law includes the following parts:

– Investment Incentives and Support;
– Investment Activities in Vietnam;
– Investment Activities Abroad;
– State Management of Investment;
– Terms of Implementation;
– Attached Appendix.
