The Cinematography Law 2022 No. 05/2022/QH15 was passed by the National Assembly on June 15, 2022, and came into effect on January 1, 2023.
This law regulates cinematographic activities; the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and individuals engaged in cinematographic activities; and state management of the cinema industry.
