Law on Social Insurance 2014

This Law provides for: 

• Compulsory and voluntary social insurance schemes and policies; 

• Entities eligible to participate in social insurance; 

• Contribution rates, methods of payment, and entitlements of participants; 

• Procedures for the settlement of social insurance benefits; 

• Rights and obligations of the parties involved; 

• Inspection and handling of violations.
