This Law provides for:
- Compulsory and voluntary social insurance schemes and policies;
- Entities eligible to participate in social insurance;
- Contribution rates, methods of payment, and entitlements of participants;
- Procedures for the settlement of social insurance benefits;
- Rights and obligations of the parties involved;
- Inspection and handling of violations.
