Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2015 stipulates the principles, authority, forms, order and procedures for drafting and promulgating legal documents; the responsibilities of state agencies, organizations and individuals in drafting legal documents. This Law does not stipulate the making of the Constitution or amending the Constitution.
From January 1, 2021, this Law will be partially invalidated by The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2020.
