The National Assembly passed the Law on Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Production and Business Activities at Enterprises 2014 on November 26, 2014, effective from July 1, 2015. This law regulates the investment of state capital in enterprises; the management and use of state capital invested in production and business activities at enterprises; and the supervision of the investment, management, and use of state capital in enterprises.
