The Law on Digital Data 2024, passed by the National Assembly on November 30, 2024 and effective from July 1, 2025, provides a comprehensive legal framework for the management, use, protection, and development of digital data in Vietnam. It applies to all organizations, individuals, and foreign entities involved in digital data activities within the territory of Vietnam.
