Decree No. 99/2013/NĐ-CP, issued by the Government on August 29, 2013 and effective from October 15, 2013, provides regulations on administrative sanctions in the field of industrial property.
This Decree replaces Decree No. 97/2010/NĐ-CP and has been amended and supplemented by Decree No. 126/2021/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 46/2024/NĐ-CP.
