Decree No. 88/2019/ND-CP, issued by the Government on November 14, 2019 and effective from December 31, 2019, provides regulations on penalties for administrative violations in monetary and banking sector. This Decree replaces Decree No. 96/2014/ND-CP and has been amended and supplemented by Decree No. 143/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 23/2023/ND-CP.
