Decree No. 17/2023/ND-CP, issued by the Government on April 26, 2023, provides detailed regulations and implementation measures for the Intellectual Property Law concerning copyright and related rights. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decree No. 22/2018/ND-CP.
Decree No. 17/2023/ND-CP defines 12 categories of works eligible for copyright protection.
