On December 14, 2020, the Government issued Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of several articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations.
The Decree includes 11 Chapters, 115 Articles and 3 Appendices on employer report forms, which regulate health care for female workers. This Decree takes effect from February 1, 2021.
