On December 28, 2021, the Government issued Decree No. 122/2021/ND-CP regulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of planning and investment. Accordingly, Decree 122/2021/ND-CP regulates administrative violations, forms of punishment, fine levels, remedial measures, authority to make records of administrative violations and authority to sanction administrative violations in the field of planning and investment.
Decree 122/2021/ND-CP takes effect from January 1, 2022, and replaces Decree No. 50/2016/ND-CP dated June 1, 2016, of the Government regulating penalties for administrative violations in planning and investment sector.
