Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, detailing various aspects of the management of construction investment projects by the Government, became effective on March 3, 2021. It replaces both Decree 59/2015/ND and Decree 42/2017/ND-CP. The decree covers the following parts:
– General provisions;
– Establishing, appraising, approving projects, managing construction investment projects;
– Surveying, preparing, appraising and approving construction designs;
– Management of construction permits and construction orders;
– Construction of specific works and implementation of construction investment projects abroad;
– Capacity conditions for construction activities;
– Terms of enforcement.
