Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT, issued on April 18, 2023, amends and supplements several provisions of Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT guiding enterprise registration. This Circular takes effect from July 01, 2023.

- Online registration for household businesses: Adds provisions on online registration for household businesses, including dossiers, procedures, and digital signatures.
- Payment of registration fees: Allows registration fees to be paid directly, by bank transfer, or via online payment services.
- Updated forms: Revises and replaces registration forms for household businesses to align with new regulations.
