• Advised on investment options and assisted investors in choosing investment methods in Vietnam.
• Acted as a key advisor to Japanese and Taiwanese investors in structuring and implementing investment projects in Vietnam in the field of goods distribution.
• Advised on investment structuring and assisted investors in selecting appropriate investment methods in Vietnam.
• Advised a Chinese investor on the establishment of a scented candle and essential oil manufacturing plant in an Industrial Cluster.
• Advised a Hungarian investor on the establishment of a logistics company in Vietnam.

M&A:

• Participated in legal due diligence in a share transfer transaction of a company owning a hospital project in Hanoi City to a large corporation in Vietnam.
• Advised and conducted legal due diligence to support a Vietnamese investor in the acquisition of shares in a Vietnamese company specializing in the provision of golf-related products, services, and tailored solutions.
• Advised and conducted legal due diligence to support a Vietnamese investor in the acquisition of shares in a Vietnamese company engaged in the production of radiopharmaceuticals.

Compliance Consultation:

• Participated in legal due diligence for a manufacturing company processing sportswear products and advised on legal compliance regarding the company’s obligations when operating.
• Participated in legal due diligence for a manufacturing company processing coaxial copper cables and fiber optic cables and advised on legal compliance regarding the company’s obligations when operating.
• Conducted legal due diligence and provided legal compliance advice related to the business operations of a wholly foreign-owned Chinese enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and trading of sportswear.

• Advised a Vietnamese investor on investing in a project to establish a software development company in Singapore.
