- Advising on technology transfer from overseas into Vietnam, drafting contracts, and carrying out the registration procedures for technology transfer from overseas into Vietnam;
- Enforcing and handling intellectual property infringement, working with relevant parties to carry out the necessary procedures;
- Providing regular advice on legal issues related to media, entertainment, and technology for entertainment companies, such as intellectual property rights transfer, AI, NFT, and entertainment media channels;
- Managing the intellectual property asset portfolio, carrying out the establishment and enforcement of trademarks and industrial designs domestically and internationally;
