Biography

Ms. Hien graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University. During her academic and early professional journey, Ms. Hien was officially recognized as a Party Member with outstanding performance and received several notable achievements in both academic performance and extracurricular activities. 

Prior to joining Apolat Legal, she interned at a non-governmental organization and later worked as a legal secretary at a private enterprise. 

Practice Focus

Ms. Hien assist the Lawyers and Associates of Apolat Legal in resolving disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals, including civil, criminal, family and marriage, labor, commercial, land, and other legal matters. 

In addition, Ms. Hien assist in preparing dossiers for product registration, self-declaration, and advertising content confirmation; monitoring the processing progress with competent authorities; and supporting other legal tasks related to product compliance with applicable laws. 

Representative legal matters 

Product Registration 

  • Participated in reviewing dossiers and implementing procedures for registering advertising content of pharmaceutical products for a German-invested pharmaceutical company, with factories and headquarters located in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and advertising regulations. 
  • Assisted lawyers in reviewing and adjusting product quality standards and preparing dossiers for the self-declaration of new products (e.g., baby laundry detergent). 

Dispute Resolution 

  • Assisted lawyers in advising and resolving marriage and family disputes. 
  • Supported a foreign client in enforcing a civil judgment before the competent enforcement authority in Vietnam. 
  • Supported lawyers in resolving foreign-related commercial disputes, in which the client was a foreign individual owning or managing a business in Vietnam.
