Lawyer Nguyen Thi Kim Dung has over 15 years of practice in the legal field. The achievements that have marked major milestones over the past 15 years include: Ms. Dung graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2007. After that, she completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Hanoi Judicial Academy in 2008 and was granted a Lawyer Practice Certificate in 2010.

Since being granted a Lawyer Practicing Certificate, Lawyer Dung has successively joined and become a member of the Hanoi Bar Association from 2010 to 2016, and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association from 2016 to present. In addition, Lawyer Dung also graduated with a Master’s degree in Law – Civil Law from Hanoi Law University in 2014. She was also a member of the Young Lawyers Team – International Bar Association in 2017.

Representative Legal Matters

Providing legal advice to Client in the field of Product Registration, specifically: Announcement, Advertising, Promotion, Registration of additional products to MLS License, Event, and Product import;
Successfully advise the Client on meeting the conditions for conducting business in Vietnam;
Support the Client in developing and establishing suitable standards in accordance with the Manufacturer’s orientation and the regulations of Vietnamese law to successfully register the product at the relevant competent State Agencies, ensuring the safe circulation of products on the market and limiting the risks that may arise;
Support the Client to successfully register a license to carry out marketing campaigns to promote the image of products on the market;
Advise and support to successfully resolve problems arising during the process of importing, customs clearance, and circulating products on the market in accordance with legal regulations;
Supporting Clients in working with relevant State Inspection Agencies to successfully explain arising issues in time from the viewpoint of the Inspection Agency when inspecting Clients’ operations;
Supporting Clients in successfully registering licenses to participate in social activities to get closer to the community, contributing to improving and expanding the Clients’ position in the community and in the market;
Successfully advise on applying for conversion to use product licenses when changing and restructuring the Company’s type;
Successfully advise and support Clients in drafting and reviewing Contracts in accordance with the regulations of law, ensuring transparency and the rights of the Contract Parties, minimizing risks that may arise from the Contract;
Support in implementing capital raising procedures through private placement of shares;
Successfully advise and support Clients in negotiating to resolve disputes and conflicts arising during operations for the purpose of mutual benefit and minimizing costs that may be incurred or lost from disputes between the Parties;
Authorized representation or protection of the legal rights and interests of Clients in disputes.
