Practice Focus
Having over 7 years of experience in corporate consulting and foreign investment advisory in Vietnam for both domestic and foreign companies. Currently, Ms. Yen supports Apolat Legal’s Lawyers in advising clients mainly in the fields of Business and Investment, Employment, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Consultancy and Legal Retainer Service.
Representative Legal Matters
- Took responsibility for many licensing procedures regarding domestic companies, foreign invested companies, foreign contractors in construction activities, including but not limited to registration of establishment/amendment/closure of such entities, registration of necessary permits for operation.
- Drafted, reviewed and interpreted a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to NDAs, sale contracts, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts.
- Provided consultancy on diverse legal issues to ensure clients’ compliance with current law through policy-drafting, regulatory amendments, legal advice.
- Provided legal retainer services for many companies operating in various industries.
