2. M&A Advisory and Execution: Advised one of Vietnam’s largest private multi-sector conglomerates on the acquisition of a 300-bed private hospital project from another local investor;

3. M&A Advisory and Execution: Advised a Hong Kong investor and a U.S. investor on forming a joint venture and acquiring an existing factory to establish a furniture manufacturing and export project in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam;

4. M&A Advisory and Execution: Completed an internal share transfer transaction among group companies and the acquisition of two investment projects in the United States;

5. General Legal Advisory: Provided ongoing legal advisory services to listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and global corporations on various matters relating to labor, corporate governance, contractual disputes, and business operations in the construction, transportation, retail, and hospitality sectors;
